參加方法

公司或機構組隊的最低籌款額為 $2000
(每四人為一隊，團體可多於一隊參加)

個人參加者每位最低籌款額為港幣400元；
18歲以下參加者最低籌款額為港幣300元

 (以上已包括10萬元個人意外保險)

截止報名日期：3月14日(星期五) （以郵戳為準，網上報名於當日晚上23:59截止）

捐款方式

1. 請將支票（抬頭為 「環保觸覺香港有限公司」）連同填妥捐款表格／填妥網上表格後，

寄往「荃灣郵政信箱454號—環保觸覺收」（支票背面請註明步行籌款）

2. 捐款戶口為中國銀行（香港）(戶口號碼:012-898-1-035864-8) 或 香港上海匯豐銀行 (戶口號碼: 112-247333-292) 請將入數紙連同填妥的捐款表格／填妥網上表格後電郵 (info@greensense.org.hk)、傳真(3011 9577) 或 郵寄本會

Registration

The minimum donation for company or organization team is HK$2000
(4 persons, one or more teams can be formed for each company or organization)

The minimum donation is HK$400 for each individual participant;
The minimum donation under aged 18 is HK$300. 

(The personal insurance of the walkathon for the above categories are included)

Registration Deadline: 14th March (Fri)
(Postal application based on postmark; online application closed at 23:59)

Donation Method

1.  Cheque payable to “Green Sense HK Limited” and send to PO Box 454, Tsuen Wan Post Office with the application form/ after online application

2.  Bank account: BOC a/c No.: 012-898-1-035864-8) or HSBC a/c No.: 112-247333-292.
Please email (info@greensense.org.hk) or fax (3011 9577) the bank-in slip with the application form/ after online application
